No longer make quality running shoes
Bought running shoe expecting quality. After light use the top of the shoe has split.
NB customer services not interested in solving the issue. Avoid New Balance products unless you like throwing money away !

Sole of £100 trainers came apart after a few weeks. Emailed NB customer services who took over a month to reply and couldn't have cared less. Will never buy any NB products again

Brought my wife a pair of trainers from New Balance 3 weeks ago,
They came apart after 2 weeks of using them.
Contacted New Balance and they said send pictures.
They then emailed me saying they were faulty and would five us a 50% refund and can keep the shoes!?!?!?!?!?!?
Who wants a faulty pair of shoes.
Emailed them saying not acceptable, had no reply after 3 days. So rang them and they said they hadn't looked at email yet.
That was 2 days ago.

absolutely terrible website
absolutely terrible website that declines any card known to man; and paypal. they wont necessarily refund loans immediately. customer service is fast to respond yet not offering effective solutions. all in all a terrible customer experience.

Defect in New BalanceFuelcell RC Elite v2 (2…
Got a pair of Fuelcell RC Elite v2 (2 months old; cost £220) and have already got a hole in right shoe and hole developing in left shoe.
New balance have said no defect and the reason is probably because:
“Holes may form near the toe area in the top of the mesh from friction if a shoe is too short
Holes can also form from the shoe being too wide: generally, if the shoe is a bit large, friction occurs during wear and causes holes in the lining
Holes may develop if the toe box depth is not deep enough”
So basically ‘shoes are too short, a bit large and not deep enough’
I am fuming ?

Ordered shoes - wrong ones.
Ordered shoes, wrong ones arrived - was told only solution was to send them back, wait for refund or reorder, not great when you need the shoes for a holiday and dont have the cash to pay for an additional pair whilst waiting for refund.
Offered me £20 off as compensation but the next day delivery (which I needed!) was £14.50 with UPS (who I wouldnt trust as far as I could throw them, to deliver my parcel on time)
Ended up not reordering and ordered from a small business website instead.
Useless multinational firms dont care for customer service. If you want their products buy them from a small store who actually care.

I ordered three items. One was delivered in a vastly oversized box. The dispatch emails said items can be sent separately. Nothing came. When contacted New Balance said all items were included and blamed UPS. I no longer have the vastly oversized box as it was put out with the recycling. As such, New Balance consider my case closed, despite only only third of the order being delivered, . Fearlessly independent of customers plights, those more flight of foot please use an alternative brand (never any issues encountered with Asiics, Nike, Adidas, in fact any major or minor online retailer) and run for the hills. Thankfully no longer the supplier of England Cricket. Truly woeful.

Ordered for daughters birthday 8 days in advance. Unable to get updates I find out via PayPal I'm being refunded. The poor ups person couldn't find our house. Odd, It's always been in the same spot UPS! So no new trainers for daughter and too late to order any others.
NB Your carriers is frankly crap! No note put through door. No redelivery and I'm disabled so always at home! THEY NEVER TRIED TO DELIVER
By reading some of the other reviews sounds like a lucky escape. and then theres NB's customer service person who could not have been less interested if they'd tried which i doubt they ever do. Awful experience.
I'll be buying AF1's from the Nike store.

Shoes were faulty and New Balance refused repair
I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering from New Balance….
I ordered a pair of workout trainers for strength training and walking. Within 4 months the inner lining had completely worn away, making the trainers unusable. After contacting New Balance about the fault to get a repair or replacement under my consumer rights, they ultimately told me that they do not consider it a defect would not honour this. For some reason they told me that It’s my fault and I should wear the shoes “with the laces undone” to resolve it? The advice was ridiculous, and I’m shocked they can just brush off a consumer like this.
Appalling customer service. I would urge caution to anyone considering purchasing from New Balance because of the issues with faulty products and horrific customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would, seriously awful. I bought Freshfoam 860 running shoes, the feel of these is horrendous, flip flops would be more comfortable. After 4 months the heels on both sides have developed holes, New balance customer service will not accept that this is a defect, seriously they are so arrogant. I only bought these because i had a discount code, which in the end didnt work anyway. I will stick to Brooks from now on.

Awesome Trainers
I love and live in New Balance trainers. They're comfy and well made but I really wish that the All Coast series were more readily available in the UK. One down side is the sizes between styles vary so much it makes it difficult to buy online unless it's a style I've worn before and know the size. For that they only get 4 stars.
COME ON NEW BALANCE
I have called 4 times to the customers services about my delivery. New Balance only sent 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered. They keep telling me take pictures of the items I have received with no rationale or reason. I have requested 3 manager call backs which have been declined. The item was £28 and I am astonished of how I have been treated.
New Balance, if you do ever read this feedback. Your clothing is amazing, unfortunately your customer service does not match the brand. I am a loyal customer who only wears your brand, this is how you treat people.

Awful customer service . New trainers were squeeking loudly , emailed to return them. They asked for photos etc and to try putting talc inside ? I tried it but no change
Emailed back and they again asked for more photos ( to show they Squeek??!!) in reality they just fob you off . Avoid at all cost
